Sure, you can send links to your official website and or your MySpace page as that's a nice, informal way of introducing yourself, but nothing is going to grab our attention better than sending a proper media kit.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to review your materials. If by then you have not heard from us, just assume that we've decided we aren't a good fit for you; It's nothing personal and you shouldn't take it to heart. This is a very busy office with a very small staff, and we receive dozens of unsolicited media kits per month; there simply is not enough time to contact bands other than those we're interested in working with.
